This issue's recommended book is 'Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change' by David L. Cooperrider and Diana Whitney.  With many parallels to Solutions Focused approaches, Appreciative Inquiry is an approach to organisational change tapping the potential of human beings to make themselves, their organisations, and their communities more adaptive and more effective.

Click on the following link to find Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change on Amazon.  Any money PINNA earns through book sales at Amazon will be donated to Barnardos.
Coaching with Young People

PINNA are extending their offer to explore the idea of equipping people who work with young people with coaching skills.  We're currently in discussions with Barnardos, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester PCT, Business in the Community and a number of schools and colleges (who we already work with) about adapting our 'Manager as Coach' programme to create a 'Coaching with Young People' programme which we will pilot in May/June this year.  To register your interest in being involved in this exciting new project, contact Jo on 01995 642276 or jo@pinna.co.uk & we'll make sure we invite you to the briefing session we're holding on Monday 20 April 2-4pm.
Pictured above is the most recent cohort to complete PINNA's Business and Executive Coaching programme.  The photo shows from left Jo & Bev of PINNA, Caroline of Mars Chocolate, Roger of Glaxo Smith Kline and Ros of UCLAN, celebrating the hand-in of their assignments with dinner at the Weird Fish in St-Michaels-on-Wyre.

We are currently taking bookings for the April cohort of Manager as Coach and the September cohort for the Business and Executive Coaching programme (limited numbers, so please book early to avoid disappointment).  To enquire about a place contact Bev on 01995 642276 or bev@pinna.co.uk
