Coaching with Young People
PINNA are extending their offer to explore the idea of equipping people who work with young people with coaching skills. We're currently in discussions with Barnardos, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester PCT, Business in the Community and a number of schools and colleges (who we already work with) about adapting our 'Manager as Coach' programme to create a 'Coaching with Young People' programme which we will pilot in May/June this year.
