What's so special about PINNA's Programmes?
- they have been consistently shown to bridge the gap between learning and practical effective implementation in the workplace - making behaviour change a reality
- they use a mix of learning interventions: workshops, action learning, practice and academic theory - to provide a blend of learning which is a recognised way to develop professional managers and leaders - helping them to learn rather than simply teaching them
- they are well established and accredited at postgraduate level thus validating the quality of the programme
- they are delivered by facilitators who have senior management experience, accredited coaching qualifications at post-graduate level and are practicing coaches - bringing a unique richness to the learning experience.
Our next Manager as Coach programme starts on 29 March 2010 - for more information contact Michael on 07532 492 959 or michael@pinna.co.uk

"LEAD has made me realise that to make progress as a leader I first have to understand much much more about what has made me what I am now before I can decide how I want to be in the future..." was a comment from one of the people on the first day of the Overnight Experiential on our most recent cohort of LEAD.
To find out what you could get from LEAD and to secure your place on our next cohort, starting 12 May 2010, contact Michael on 07532 492 959 or book a place on our next LEAD programme Preview event on 17 March.

This issue's recommended book is 'How to Influence: The Art of Making Things Happen' by Jo Owen (our next Leadership Masterclass speaker on LEAD Cohort 1).
How to Influence explores the art of making things happen, through other people. Focused on the workplace, it shows you how to: - Become the colleague everyone wants to work with - Win support whenever you need to - Build a powerful network of loyal allies - Use conversation to reach positive, productive outcomes - Use time and place to influence with impact
